Mataram, University of Mataram – The University of Mataram (Unram) held an oath-taking ceremony and inauguration of the Head of the Academic and Student Affairs Bureau, along with four Heads of Academic Support Units (UPA), on Monday, April 29, 2024. The ceremony was led by Unram Rector, Prof. Ir. Bambang Hari Kusumo, M.Agr.St., Ph.D., in the Senate Meeting Room, Unram Rectorate.
During the event, Dwi Suswanto, S.Kom., MM., was officially appointed as the Head of the Academic and Student Affairs Bureau, along with the appointment of four Heads of UPA within Unram. The newly appointed officials include Boniesta Zulandha Melani, S.Pd., MA., Ph.D., as Head of the Academic Language Support Unit; Eka Sunarwidhi Prasedya, S.Si., M.Sc., Ph.D., as Head of the Integrated Laboratory Academic Support Unit; Cahyo Mustika Okta Muvianto, S.T., M.Sc., Ph.D., as Head of the Information and Communication Technology Academic Support Unit; and apt. Yoga Dwi Saputra, S. Farm., M.Pharm.Sci., as Head of the Counseling and Career Development Academic Support Unit.
In his address, Unram Rector Prof. Bambang expressed his hopes that the appointment of these new officials would foster strong synergy in supporting the development of academic and student affairs at Unram, and that it would build a shared commitment to establishing Unram as a high-quality and accomplished educational institution.
“With this inauguration, I would like to remind the newly appointed officials that the positions they hold are not merely titles or positions but significant responsibilities that must be carried out with full dedication and integrity. I hope these officials can set an example in leading wisely, prioritizing the collective interest, and striving for the advancement and well-being of the entire academic community at the University of Mataram,” he stated.
